Downloading your recordings is disabled by default. To enable this feature, please contact Evercast Support.

- Navigate to the Recordings page from the dashboard or from within an active room.
Recordings are tied to individual rooms, so you’ll need to select the room where the recording was created.
- On the recordings screen, locate the recording you want to download, click on the dropdown menu, and select Download.
Or, click play to open the recording in the main viewer, then click the Download icon at the top of the playback window.
- If the recording is still processing, you will receive an email notification once it is ready. If processing is complete, the download will begin immediately.
