Who can use this feature? |
You use the Special guest invite feature to create a one-time link for a guest to join a private Evercast room. The access link expires five minutes after being generated or after the first use of the link, whichever comes first. When the current room session is over, the special guest will no longer have access to the room.
Here's how to do it.

On the dashboard, find the room you want to use. Click the button with the three dots.

Select Room settings and make sure your room is set to Private.

Then select Room access.
Or, from within a live room:

On the bottom toolbar, click the More button on the bottom right.
Select Room access. The Room access window opens.

On the bottom toolbar, click the More button on the bottom right.
Select Room access. The Room access window opens.

In the Room access window, find the Single-use room access link field and click on the link button on the right. Your single-use link will be copied to your clipboard.

Alternately, you can click the Generate single-use link button on the left side of your toolbar.

Your single-use link will be copied to your clipboard. You can then share it with your guest, by pasting into an email, chat, etc.

Repeat for any additional guests, one at a time. Each special guest will need their own single-use link.
