Who can use this feature? |
Rooms can be either open or private, which determines how participants can access a room. You use Room setup to set up how you want your room to be accessed.
Follow the steps based on how you are accessing Evercast:
-
On the dashboard, find the room for which you want to set up its access.
-
Click the button with the three dots on the upper right corner of the room's tile.
-
Select Room settings. The Room setup screen opens.
-
In the Room access drop-down, select either Open or Private.
-
Click Save.
Warning
If you change a room from open to private, you'll need to individually invite participants to the room. Anyone who could access the room when it was open will now need to be on the invite list.
If you change a room from private to open, anyone who has the link to the room can access it.
