You can send participants a link to join the room. This is the URL for the room, which will always stay the same. Participants can use the link to access the room without having to use the invite email. This works for both open and private rooms, however, for private rooms a participant must also be added to the invite list.
Follow the steps based on how you are accessing Evercast:
-
In the Room access window, click on the "link" icon to copy the room URL.
-
Paste the link into the communication to the participant, such as in an email, chat, or meeting invitation.
-
For private rooms, you can also generate a one-time, temporary guest link that expires after a set period of time. For more information, see this article.
