App Share is a new approach to interactive teamwork. You can share your commonly-used apps into an Evercast session, then allow other participants to take control of the mouse and make changes. This way you can all navigate within the app, without ever leaving Evercast.

Here's how to use App Share:
-
Go to the Stream menu. You will see options for Stream SyncSketch, Stream Frame.io review, and other apps. Select the one you want to use.
-
The app will launch in the main window of your Evercast room. You may be asked to sign in or paste in a link.
For Box Hubs, you'll need to paste in a Box Hubs link to access your files.
-
Room owners can share control with other participants by going to the arrow icon at the bottom right of the main window. Hover over the arrow, then turn on Allow remote control.
Once remote control is enabled for the session, other participants can go to the arrow icon and click Start remote control to take control of the mouse and keyboard within the shared app.
While you have remote control, you can play, pause, scrub, make comments, and do anything else available inside that app, without actually needing to run the app on your local device.
-
To stop using remote control, return to the arrow icon and click Stop remote control.
Note
The draw tool and remote control can't be used at the same time.
