Credit managers can create groups and then invite the whole group to a room, instead of inviting each person individually. The Groups tab lets you view all your organization’s groups, their associated rooms, and their invitees.
Groups can only be changed within the Admin Portal by credit managers, not by room owners.
To create a group, click on the Groups tab at the top of your window, then click Add. The Add group window will appear. You can name your group, type a description, and enter the email addresses of the participants you wish to invite to that group. When you have finished adding invitees, click Send. Then click Save.
Group members will receive an email notification when their group is invited to a room. If new participants are later added to an existing group, they will receive an email invitation with details about that group’s access.
All members of a group will inherit any permissions that have been assigned by Evercast Support to that group, such as the ability to invite new people, record sessions, and clear the room chat.

From the Room credits tab, select a project to bring up the Assignment screen. Scroll down to view the Room invitees section. You can enter individuals or groups that you wish to invite to the room. When you have finished adding invitees, click Send. Then click Save.
