Sometimes when installing the Evercast app on a Windows PC, you will see a message from Microsoft Defender SmartScreen. Per Microsoft, this is a standard precautionary notification designed to inform users and does not indicate that the file is malicious or blocked.

To continue with the Evercast installation, click on More info:

You will see a second message listing Evercast Studio.msi. Click Run anyway and the Evercast app will install as usual:
