Step 1 - To add a Display Capture source, click the + icon in the Sources window in EBS and select "Display Capture." In the first popup window, name the source (optional) and click 'OK' to continue.

Step 2 -In the next popup window, you will see a preview of what will be streamed (your screen). If you have multiple displays, you can select the specific display you want to target. If you want to stream 2 displays at the same time, simply added a second display capture source once you are done creating the first one. Click 'OK' once you have selected the display.

Video Capture Device

This source type enables you to stream video from devices like the AJA U-TAP, Blackmagic Mini Studio or theAV.ioHD/4k.

Setup Instructions:

Step 2 - In the next popup window, click the 'Device' drop-down and select the device you want to stream video from. Click 'OK' to add the source. (In this example, we are selecting the AJA U-TAP device, but you can select any video capture device you are using).

NOTE: You may need to resize the source so it fits completely in the EBS canvas

If the source being pulled in does not properly fit the EBS canvas, you can fit it correctly by right-clicking the preview window (alt+click on Mac), highlighting "Transform" in the popup menu, then selecting "Fit to screen".

Audio Capture Device

This source type enables you to capture audio from devices like an audio mixer.

Changing Source Properties

If you ever need to change the properties of a source, simply select the source from the list and click the Cog Wheel icon.
