Troubleshooting: Empty dashboard

Occasionally, users will launch the Evercast desktop app and encounter a blank dashboard, with all the room tiles missing:

Here's a workaround for this issue.

Evercast for Mac

  1. On the top right corner of the dashboard, click the gray square icon.

  2. In the drop-down list, select Sign out.

  3. Sign in to the app again.

Evercast for Windows

  1. Open a File Explorer window.

  2. In the sidebar on the left, navigate to This PC, then Windows (C:), then Users, then your username, then .evercast.

  3. In the window on the right, delete the config.json file.

  4. Relaunch Evercast for Windows and sign in.
