No one wants to be seen and not heard. Let's get to the bottom of it.
1. Confirm that your microphone is not muted by checking the Mic button in the bottom toolbar.
2. If the mic is turned on, check your Device settings.
On the Evercast desktop app, hover over the Mic button and click Mic settings.
The Device settings window will appear. Confirm that the correct microphone is selected (you should see a blue bar that moves when you speak).
On Evercast for Chrome, click the More button on the bottom right and then click Device selection.
The Device settings window will appear. Confirm that the correct microphone is selected (you should see a green bar that moves when you speak).
3. Refresh the page on your browser and re-enter the Evercast room.
