We added backend support for forensic watermarking, which is available in Evercast Suites.

We made improvements to our server APIs for account creation, MFA, and room settings.

Fixed: When a room was in Do not disturb mode, Apple TV would have trouble connecting to the room.

We integrated Okta cloud security and identity management into our secure login process, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and single sign-on (SSO).

Evercast admins can now assign a room to another server in a different geographic region.

Fixed: We corrected an issue that was causing the dashboard to load slowly for some desktop users.

Users running in incognito mode or using ad blockers can now access a MFA room.

We upgraded our backend support for Evercast On-Prem.

Guests without an account will need to enter a valid email address in order to join a room.

Fixed: Some users were having trouble joining a room with a special invite link on the desktop app.

When MFA is enabled and a room changes from open to private, we will email the room owner to notify them of the change.

Fixed: If a user created a room invite in the Desktop app, and the invitee accepted but was using Chrome, the invitee would not see that room in their Evercast Dashboard.

For organizations using MFA rooms and company SSO, we made it easier for subgroups in that organization to log in.

In Admin Portal, when Require MFA is switched on and Room-specific is not selected, you will receive a warning that all open rooms will be converted to private rooms.

Fixed: Some Desktop 2.3.1 and Desktop 2.4 users were missing saved room tiles in their Evercast Dashboard.

Fixed: We corrected an issue where a guest would click a Special guest invite link to join a live private room, and get stuck on the Evercast loading screen.

When Support moves a room to another server for performance reasons, participants will be informed of the move without having to quit and re-join the room. Any active recordings will be re-started on the new server.

Users can now join the same room with the same account, on multiple devices.

We improved performance and reliability of recording sessions, and reduced their CPU usage.
