Let's open the curtain and take a tour of our video conferencing platform.

There are three main areas in a room:
The thumbnails are located at the top of the room and show all of the participants in the room.
If a participant has their camera turned on, you'll see their video.
If a participant doesn't have their camera turned on, you'll see a black square with their initials.
If someone is streaming content to the room, that video stream will also have a thumbnail, in addition to the participant who is doing the streaming.
The menu that appears on the top right corner of a participant's thumbnail gives options for controlling features such as audio, camera, and placement of the thumbnail.
The thumbnail bar can be detached from the main window and viewed in matrix, vertical, or horizontal views.

The toolbar is on the bottom of the screen and has several tools for using the room. Hover your mouse over the bottom of the screen to make it visible.

Tip
Turning off the audio turns off the sound only for you. It doesn't turn off the sound for the room itself or the participants in the room.
You can pin the toolbar to the screen so that it won't autohide after you navigate away from it. On the toolbar, click the Layout button and select whether to Always show toolbar or conversely, Auto-hide toolbar.

The toolbar buttons for Mic, Camera, and Audio are clickable when they've been selected as None in Device settings. By clicking the button, Device settings opens so you can configure the devices.
