Evercast is supported on Apple TV 3rd, 4th, and 5th generation. For best performance, your Apple TV should be hard-wired to Ethernet.

If you would like your Apple TV to receive a multi-channel (surround sound) stream from Evercast, follow these instructions from the Apple website.
From your account dashboard, click the "three dots" button on the top right of your room tile and select Apple TV sign-in.
Alternately, you connect to Apple TV from within a live room. Go to the More menu in the bottom right of your room and select Apple TV sign-in.
A window will appear asking you to enter the code from your Apple TV.
If you enter the correct code, you will get a green success notification. You are now waiting for the room owner or room admin to approve the Apple TV login request.

If the room owner or room admin is not in the room, you will also get a red error message:
Once a stream is playing, it will display in the room and on the Apple TV.
To avoid hearing double audio, you can mute the stream in your Evercast room so the sound is only coming from the Apple TV. To mute the stream audio, go to the stream thumbnail and click on the "three dots" button, then select Sound off.
To stop a stream from playing on the Apple TV, double click the Home button on the Apple TV remote. Then swipe up on the Evercast Apple TV app to quit the app. Press the Home button again to return to the Apple TV home screen.
Note
If there are multiple streams in the room, only the most recent stream will be visible on the Apple TV. When that most recent stream is stopped, the Apple TV will display the previous stream.
