If you received an Evercast email with an invitation to join a room, then open the email (check your spam folder if you don’t see one) and click the Join room button. Or, if someone simply sent you a room link, then click the link.

If Google Chrome is your default browser, a launch page opens with options for how to continue. If Chrome isn't your default browser, copy and paste the link into a new Chrome tab (the link can also be found at the bottom of the invite email).

On the launch page, in the pop-up window at the top, accept the browser's prompt to open the Evercast app. The app opens.

On the launch page, in the pop-up window at the top, click Cancel to cancel the browser's prompt to open the Evercast app.

At the bottom of the page, click the link to continue in Google Chrome browser. The sign-in page appears.

On the Join as a guest screen, enter your name in the Display name field.

Click Continue. You're now in the lobby.

On the Sign in or Private room sign in screen, enter your email and password. Or select one of the SSO (Single Sign On) options if your organization has SSO set up.

Click Sign in. You're now in the lobby.

On the Join as a guest screen, enter your name in the Display name field.

Click Continue. You're now in the lobby.
