What to do if participants can't hear stream audio
If participants are unable to hear stream audio, please check to confirm the stream audio isn't muted.
Note: Red icons indicate the audio is muted
Also, confirm that EBS is showing an audio signal.
If it's not, try the following:
1) If you are using a capture device, unplug the device and plug it back in.
2) Make sure the correct audio source is selected.
