After opening the Evercast app for both Mac or Windows, you may experience a blank dashboard with an error message that says we're having problems connecting to our servers.

This is in the process of being fixed, but in the meantime, here's a workaround. You may need to repeat this if you additionally sign in to Evercast through another method, such as with Evercast for Chrome or iOS, or while using Evercast for Mac or Windows on a second computer.

On the top right corner of the dashboard, click the gray square icon.
-
In the drop-down list, select Sign out.
-
Sign in to the app again.
-
