We’ve heard you! We're always working to improve your experience on Evercast. Here’s a roundup of the latest changes.
Welcome to Desktop 3.0! You'll notice our app has a new look, as well as some updates that make Evercast smoother, more intuitive, and more flexible.
Hover over the new Layout button on your bottom toolbar to choose between several viewing options: Grid view, Active speaker view, and Auto-adjust. You can also switch to full screen here.
Click on the Layout button to see more settings, such as a slider to adjust the number of participant squares in your grid view.

Hover over the People button on your bottom toolbar to access thumbnail options. Or click the button to view a participant list on the side of your screen.

Once a stream has started in the room, you will see a control bar across the bottom of the video.
The stream control bar gives you options to play/pause, frame forward, frame back, view the Stream details window, and enter full screen mode.
The stream host can also view and adjust audio levels.

The top menu is where you can see information about the room. Hover over the room name on the top left to access room settings and saved recordings. The left side of the top menu also has options for copying a room URL, changing room settings, and starting or stopping a session recording.
On the top right, hover over your user name to access device settings and view your account information. The right side of the menu also has links to the Help Center and Live chat, and the Network connectivity info panel.
