No one wants to be seen and not heard. Let's get to the bottom of it.
If everyone in the room can't hear you...
1. Confirm that your microphone is not muted by navigating to the toolbar at the bottom of your screen. If your mic is muted, the microphone icon will be crossed out and appear in red.

2. Check device settings by navigating to the bottom of the screen and clicking the 'More' icon at the far right on the toolbar. Click 'Device Selection,' then confirm that the correct microphone is selected. If you have selected the right microphone, you should see a moving green bar appear next to 'Microphone Level' when you speak.


3. Refresh the page on your browser and re-enter the Evercast room.

If only one person in the room can't hear you...

2. Whoever is having a problem hearing should refresh the page on their browser and re-enter the room.
