The Draw tool is a wonderful feature that helps communication by enabling you to highlight objects in the screen, annotate, add text and much more.
To activate the Draw tool, move your mouse to the bottom of your Evercast room until the icons appear, then click the Pencil icon.
To change the tool you are using as well as the size and/or color of the tool, move your mouse to the left side of your screen and the tool drawer will pop out. Now you will be able to select from a variety of tools, change the size and/or colors, and clear all drawings you've made.
How to use the various draw tools
Pencil tool: This flexible, free form drawing tool is great for almost every use case.
Line tool: Draw straight lines to point to or connect objects/areas on the screen.
Arrow tool: Works like the Line tool, but best for pointing to objects/areas on the screen.
Dash tool: Highlight objects and/or areas to be removed.
Circle tool: Create circle shapes, with or without borders and fills. You can customize the colors as well.
Rectangle tool: Create rectangle shapes, with or without borders and fills. You can customize the colors as well.
Text tool: Make annotations and notes on screen with text. You can customize the font family, font size, and bold and/or italicize the text.
Eraser tool / Clear: With the eraser tool, you can erase specific areas of any objects you add to the screen, including text. The "CLEAR" button will clear the entire screen.
