If everyone in the Evercast room can't hear the stream audio, please click here to view EBS stream audio troubleshooting.

1) Can you hear other participants in the room? If not, please make sure your computers volume is turned up/unmuted.


2) Make sure the mute button on the Evercast control bar is not activated (red when activated).

3) Make sure the stream isn't muted in Evercast (small speaker on the E thumbnail should be white, not red).

4) Refresh the Evercast room using the browser's refresh button.

5) Restart the computer and join the room again.
