EBS connected but not streaming

When you start an EBS stream, and you see the green connection indicator (bottom right of EBS) but you don't see an active stream in the live Evercast room, this is most likely caused by your networks firewall.

To fix this issue, please visit the following article below. You will need to have your IT department allow a few IP addresses so you can connect to a STUN/TURN server provided by Twilio.
